Our firm acts in administrative and environmental litigations before all SISNAMA (Brazilian National System for the Environment) organs, at nationwide, state and municipal levels, in order to protect, through legal ways, the company business interests and obtain environmental permits, concessions and authorizations.

The practice of law in the great discipline of environmental law, it also involves acting, for which the firm is fully accredited in specific segments, namely, the Mining Law (procedures for titling by the mining DNPM and agreements between the land-owners and holders of mining rights), the Urban Planning Law (urban environmental management, advising municipalities in drafting the Master Plan and regulatory instruments for environmental protection) and the Forestry Law (establishment of protected areas (PRNP), bondage forest and registration of legal reserve).
