We perform advocacy in representative and advisory way before the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and the Central Bank of Brazil, in processes of formation, acquisition or control transference of financial institutions and open capital companies.

We defend the mediator and investors’ interests before the Securities Markets Guarantee Funds.

We present defenses and follow the proceedings before the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and the Conselho de Recursos do Sistema Financeiro Nacional (Resources Council of the Brazilian Financial System).
